The reaction mixture was stirred for 3 hours and then was purified by preparative HPLC [Waters XBridge C185 mum OBD column, 30 ¡Á 100 mm, flow rate 40 mL/minute, 5-100% gradient of acetonitrile in buffer (0.1 % trifluoroacetic acid)] to give the title compound (30 mg, 0.068 mmol, 77% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta ppm 9.57 (s, 1H), 9.40 (s, 1H), 8.74 (s, 1H), 8.21 – 8.10 (m, 2H), 7.96 (ddd, J = 5.5, 4.6, 3.2 Hz, 2H), 7.47 (t, J = 8.9 Hz, 1H), 7.05 (dd, J = 11.4, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 6.84 (ddd, J = 8.9, 2.9, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 4.47 (s, 2H), 2.38 (s, 6H); MS (ESI+) m/z 440 (M+H)+.
