6924-66-9, PyBOP (153 mg, 295 muiotaetaomicronIota) was added to a mixture of 8-amino-2-phenyl-2- azaspiro[4.5]decan-1 -one (isomer 1 ; Intermediate I22) (60.0 mg, 246 muiotaetaomicronIota), quinoxaline-5- carboxylic acid (56.3 mg, 307 muiotaetaomicronIota) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (210 muIota, 1 .2 mmol) in DMF (1 .0 ml) and the mixture was stirred over night at room temperature. For work-up, water was added and the mixture was extracted with dichloromethane.
