The inside of the flask was degassed under reduced pressure, 0.018 g of palladium acetate was added thereto, and the mixture was heated at 80 C for 19 hours. Then, water was added to this solution, and the organic layer was extracted with toluene. The obtained organic layer was washed with water and saturated saline, and was dried with magnesium sulfate. The solution obtained by the drying was filtered. The solvent of this solution was distilled off, and then the obtained residue was purified by flash column chromatography using hexane and ethyl acetate in a volume ratio of 5: 1 as a developing solvent to give a target quinoxaline derivative as pale pink powder in a yield of 67 %).
