According to the chiral resolution mechanism and structures of Pirkle’s chiral stationary phase (CSP), a new amide chiral selector base on pracoterol was prepared in this thesis. To get a better yield, all the conditions and purification conditions of the reactions were studied, and the key products were characterized by HPLC, FTIR and 1H NMR.
