To a solution of the product of Example 4A (25 mg, 0.088 mmol) in N,N- dimethylformamide (0.5 mL) was added quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid (16.8 mg, 0.097 mmol), 1 – [bis(dimethylamino)methylene] – 1H- 1 ,2,3-triazolo[4,5-]pyridinium 3-oxid hexafluorophosphate (36.7 mg, 0.097 mmol, HATU), and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.046 mL, 0.26 mmol) at ambient temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred for 3 hours and then was purified by preparative HPLC [Waters XBridge C18 5 mupiiota OBD column, 30 x 100 mm, flow rate 40 mL/minute, 5-100% gradient of acetonitrile in buffer (0.1 % trifluoroacetic acid)] to give the title compound (30 mg, 0.068 mmol, 77% yield). JH NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-<) delta ppm 9.57 (s, 1H), 9.40 (s, 1H), 8.74 (s, 1H), 8.21 - 8.10 (m, 2H), 7.96 (ddd, J = 5.5, 4.6, 3.2 Hz, 2H), 7.47 (t, J = 8.9 Hz, 1H), 7.05 (dd, J = 11.4, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 6.84 (ddd, J = 8.9, 2.9, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 4.47 (s, 2H), 2.38 (s, 6H); MS (ESI+) m/z 440 (M+H)+.
